SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Most orders are shipped within 5 business days.
During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery time is usually:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Other countries: 12–25 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, or other unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order details.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $89.
For orders below $89, a flat shipping fee of $6.80 USD will be applied.
4. Pre-Order and Backorder Items
If your order contains a pre-order or backordered item, available items may be shipped first, and the remaining item(s) will be shipped separately as soon as they become available.
If you receive only part of your order at first, please do not worry — the remaining item(s) will follow shortly.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.
Because we begin processing orders quickly, there may be only a short window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
If you believe you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@faithlinker.com.
7. Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in our policy.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Faithinker is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
