30-Day Return Policy
We aim to offer a fair and transparent return process so you can shop with confidence. Please review the return guidelines below.
Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.
Returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale. This includes no stains, odors, damage, fabric wear, pilling, or any signs of use or handling that affect resale value.
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. The condition of each return may be documented during the inspection process. Return eligibility and refund decisions are based on the inspection results and the documented condition of the returned item.
Once your return is approved, please ship it back within 7 days.
Returns shipped after this period may still be accepted at our discretion and may be issued as store credit.
Exchanges (Size or Style Changes)
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to change the size or style of an item, please contact us at support@faithlinker.com and place a new order for the desired item. The original item must be returned following our standard return process, and all applicable return conditions, shipping responsibilities, and restocking fees will apply.
What Can’t Be Returned
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage
- Customized or personalized items
- Items still in transit (returns can only be requested after delivery)
Fees & Shipping
Our return warehouse is located in New York, United States.
Restocking fee: $5 per item (applies to non-defective returns)
Return shipping: Responsibility of the customer
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For international returns:
- Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping
- Packages must be marked as “Returned Goods”
- Any import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or handling fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer
If customs charges are required upon arrival, we may pay these charges and deduct the amount from the final refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery confirmation.
Please include clear photos or videos along with a description of the issue.
Reports submitted after 3 calendar days may not be eligible for resolution.
If confirmed to be our error, we will provide an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Processing time: 3–5 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return

- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Ship the item within 7 days after approval
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
